In order to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers, all of your Uniform Plus purchases are exchangeable/returnable with ease.
Conditions of exchange/return:
Products must be in their original state in which you received them and have not been washed or worn.
The presence of all labels related to the product (packaging and tags).
A shipping waybill is sent to the customer, which he prints and delivers with the products to his nearest SMSA branch.
How long does it take for an exchange/refund?
Returns are within 7 days of the order being processed and shipped.
Exchanges are within 14 days of the order being processed and shipped.
What is the exchange process?
You can contact our customer service to help you obtain a waybill that should be printed and delivered with the products to the nearest SMSA branch.
After the returned shipment reaches us and its state is confirmed, the new product will be shipped to the customer and arrives within 2-4 days.
The shipping fees to the shipping company (45 riyals) is paid with the new order.
What is the return process?
In the case of a return, the amount will be refunded to the customer on his bank account in coordination with customer service within 3-5 days after the shipment arrives at the store and its state is verified.
The cost of delivering the returned shipment (45 riyals) is deducted from the amount refunded to the customer before transferring.

If paying via Tamara or Tabby, is it possible to submit an exchange or refund request? How do I get a refund?
Yes, an exchange or refund can be made in case of paying via Tamara or Tabby by contacting customer service.
After the shipment arrives at the store and the state of the products is verified, the amount is refunded to the customer through his account on Tamara or Tabby.
The shipping fees is deducted from the paid value before transferring (45 riyals)
In the case of an exchange, a new order link will be sent to the customer to complete the payment process
